Prices
Every service is priced by the experience level of the stylist you book. The standard of work is the same at every level. Your final price also depends on hair length, thickness, starting colour, the product required and the complexity of the work, and we confirm it with you before major colour work begins.

Wella Plex can be added to any colour service. If your hair needs more than a bonding treatment, your stylist will tell you what it needs and whether a colour service should wait, rather than sell you a treatment that will not fix it.

If your hair needs a repair program before a colour service rather than alongside it, we will tell you and reschedule the colour.

Maintenance
- Bond support is used during a lightening service rather than as a separate appointment, so it is added to your colour booking.
- Home care matters more than anything done in the salon for long-term condition. We will recommend the minimum that works.
- Damaged ends sometimes need to be cut. We will say so plainly rather than sell you a treatment that cannot fix it.

Will a treatment repair damaged hair permanently?
No treatment permanently reverses structural damage. Treatments improve condition, manageability and how the hair behaves during colour. Where the honest answer is a cut, we will tell you.
When is Wella Plex used?
It is used through a colour service rather than booked on its own, and it is most worthwhile with lightening work such as foils, balayage and staged colour. It is $58 and can be added to any colour appointment.
My hair is in poor condition. Should I still book colour?
Tell us before you book. Depending on what we find, we may recommend delaying a colour service, staging it across more than one appointment, or cutting the compromised ends first. We would rather say that than take a booking that leaves your hair worse.
