Our Style Directors are highly experienced professionals who have advanced expertise in personalised and creative haircutting. They are accomplished in both wet and dry cutting techniques and specialise in designing refined, individual styles tailored to each client's hair, features and lifestyle.

5 to 8 years of industry experience
Our Principal Stylists are experienced and confident in advanced precision cutting and personalised hairstyling. They work efficiently, manage their time effectively and consistently deliver excellent results within the expected appointment time.

Our Senior Stylists are skilled in precision cutting and creating personalised looks for their clients. They are continuing to develop their expertise in advanced and dry-cutting techniques while working confidently and efficiently. Will the price I see on the site be the price I pay?
It is the price of the service you booked, at the level of stylist you booked. What changes it is the work itself: hair length, thickness, starting colour, how much product a service needs, and anything added on the day such as a toner or a blow wave. Anything that would move the figure is raised with you before it happens, not after.

How much will it cost?
Every price is published on this site. Services are priced by the experience level of the stylist you book, across four levels from Stylist to Style Director, and the standard of work is the same at every level. The final figure also depends on hair length, thickness, starting colour and the complexity of the work, and we confirm it with you before major colour work begins.

Does a colour service include a cut or a blow wave?
No. Colour prices cover the colour work only, and your hair is dried off afterwards without brush work. A toner, a haircut or a blow wave is each charged as its own service and can be booked for the same day. Please mention what you would like when you book so enough time is allowed.

I am changing salons. Can you work with colour someone else has put on my hair?
Yes, and it is worth booking a complimentary 15-minute consultation first so we can see what is already on your hair. Existing colour, build-up on the ends and previous lightening all change what is achievable and how long it will take. That conversation is free and carries no obligation to book.
