Yes. We will assess your hair condition and previous colour history before recommending further chemical services. Depending on the condition of your hair, we may recommend a strand test, treatment program or staged colour plan. Protecting the integrity of your hair takes priority over attempting an unsafe result in one appointment.

Yes. We offer both full coverage and softer grey-blending options. The most suitable approach depends on how much grey you would like to see, the contrast with your natural colour and how frequently you would like to return for maintenance.

Every service is priced by the experience level of the stylist you book, across four levels from Stylist to Style Director, and every price is published on our services pages. The final figure also depends on hair length, thickness, starting colour, the product required and the complexity of the work. We will confirm your service plan and expected price before beginning major colour work.

No. Colour prices cover the colour work only, and your hair is dried off afterwards without brush work. A toner, a haircut or a blow wave is each charged as its own service and can be booked for the same day. Toners start at $85. Please mention what you would like when you book so enough time is allowed.

Experience, speed and the degree of technical refinement. Style Directors have over eight years in the industry, Principal Stylists five to eight, Senior Stylists two to five and Stylists one to two years since qualifying. Every level is held to the same standard of work. A more experienced stylist generally works faster and has deeper expertise in advanced and dry-cutting techniques, and is priced accordingly.

We understand things happen, but as a business it is only fair that you let us know as soon as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancelling later than that, or not turning up, risks a charge of 50% of the booked service price. We also reserve the right to cancel any booking that has not been confirmed.
