Every service is priced by the experience level of the stylist you book. The standard of work is the same at every level. Your final price also depends on hair length, thickness, starting colour, the product required and the complexity of the work, and we confirm it with you before major colour work begins.
Colour correction is quoted individually after your consultation. The consultation itself is complimentary, and the work that follows is priced from our colour services once we have seen your hair and agreed a plan. You will be given the price before any work begins.

The consultation
A consultation is required before corrective colour is booked, and a strand test may be required as well.
You will be given an honest assessment: what can be achieved, how many appointments it will take, what it will cost and what condition your hair will be in at the end of it.
If the result you want is not safe for your hair right now, we will say so and give you the alternative.

Maintenance
- Corrected colour usually needs closer maintenance for the first few months while porosity settles.
- A treatment and gloss cycle between appointments protects the correction.
- We will be specific about what to avoid at home, particularly heat and any further box colour.

Yes. A consultation, and in some cases a strand test, is required before corrective colour is booked. It is the only way to give you an accurate plan and price.
How much does colour correction cost?
It is quoted individually after your consultation, because the work depends entirely on what is currently on your hair and what condition it is in. We will confirm the price before any work begins.
Can it all be fixed in one appointment?
Sometimes, but often not. Where the safe route is two or three appointments, we will tell you that at the consultation rather than over-process your hair to hit a deadline.
